Affiliate Publisher Program Terms

These Affiliate Publisher Program Terms ("Agreement") govern your participation in The Perfect Part's publisher program. By applying, accessing the partner portal, or promoting an audience discount code, you agree to these terms and the applicable AWIN publisher terms.

1. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Applications are reviewed at The Perfect Part's discretion. You must provide accurate contact, audience, website, and promotional-channel information and keep it current.

2. AWIN TRACKING AND COMMISSIONS

You must use your approved AWIN tracking link when promoting The Perfect Part. Audience coupon codes provide a customer discount but do not by themselves track or guarantee commission. Commission attribution, validation, payment, reversals, and eligibility are governed by AWIN and our AWIN program terms.

3. AUDIENCE DISCOUNT CODES

Publisher codes are intended to be shared publicly with your audience. Approved publishers begin at a 15% audience discount. Qualifying attributed order volume may increase the audience discount to 20% or 25% under the current tier rules.

Codes may rotate whenever your tier changes. The prior code will be disabled, and you are responsible for promptly replacing it across websites, posts, newsletters, and offers. Codes may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized.

4. PROMOTION STANDARDS

  • Make truthful, current claims and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.
  • Do not impersonate The Perfect Part or bid on restricted brand terms.
  • Do not use spam, misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, bots, or forced clicks.
  • Do not advertise expired codes or guarantee prices, inventory, or commission.
  • Comply with FTC disclosure rules and all applicable laws and platform policies.

5. ORDERS, TAX, AND SHIPPING

Audience purchases are retail transactions. Standard retail taxes and shipping rules apply, and audience customers are not placed in the Wholesale customer group. Orders may be canceled, returned, or excluded from attribution under our retail policies and AWIN's validation rules.

6. SUSPENSION AND CHANGES

We may investigate abuse, disable codes, withhold validation, or suspend or terminate participation for violations, fraud, misleading promotion, or risk to customers or the brand. Program thresholds and terms may change with notice through the portal or email.

7. GENERAL TERMS

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing creates an employment, franchise, agency, or partnership relationship. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the program is provided as-is and The Perfect Part is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.

Arizona law governs this Agreement. Disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where a qualifying small-claims action is available. Class and jury proceedings are waived.
